During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic 

We are delighted to be open again at Enhanced Aesthetics Clinic & Training Academy. However, to keep all our staff and valued clients safe, there will be some changes to your experience and new measures taken to ensure optimal levels of safety. While your experience may be a little different, we want you to know that your safety and comfort remain our priority. Please review the following information so that we can all work together to keep each other safe.

  • All staff are screened daily and undergo viral antigen swabs every 2 weeks testing for COVID-19.

  • Any member of staff, someone who they live with, or anyone whom they have been in close contact with, that develops symptoms or tests positive for the disease will not be permitted to enter the clinic.

  • Our clinic is regulated and as such we have extensive experience with infection prevention measures and clinical protocols. Universal precautions will be taken throughout the clinic as our staff have extensive training in infection prevention.

  • Our staff will be wearing appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE), including masks, eye protection and gloves.

What has changed?

  • We kindly ask all clients to arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive too early you may be asked to wait nearby until you receive an SMS message or call. We aim to see you straight away for your appointment.

  • To ensure the safety of everyone in the clinic, patients will be asked to come alone as our waiting room is now restricted to one person only, as we can only accommodate clients who have an appointment (please inform staff when booking your appointment if you need a chaperone or interpreter - please note they maybe asked to wait outside).

  • On entering the clinic you will be required to have your temperature taken, screened and update us on your well being.

  • Multiple hand sanitiser gel points will be available on entry to the building, clinic, treatment room and on your departure.

  • Masks or face coverings are mandatory and are worn by all staff and patients themselves. If you do not have one, one will be made available to you.

  • Robust cleaning schedules are in place for all contact points, including door handles, light switches and other common area surfaces.

  • The use of appropriate PPE is adhered to by all staff when undertaking any patient consultations, procedures and tests.

What we ask of you.


  • If you, anyone who lives with you or anyone whom you have been in close contact with, have symptoms related to COVID-19, please do not attend the clinic. These symptoms primarily include a new and persistent dry cough, a temperature of 37.8°C and/or a loss of change of taste or smell. Other symptoms of the disease are less frequent but may affect you. These include fatigue, confusion, sore throat, vomiting and diarrhoea. We recommend that you inform us at the earliest opportunity if you develop ANY symptoms of feeling unwell.

  • If you, anyone who lives with you or anyone whom you have been in close contact with, tests positive for COVID-19 on a PCR (Antigen) test, even if asymptomatic, please do not attend the clinic. The PCR test is the one in which swabs are taken from your mouth and nose. If you are awaiting test results please do not attend the clinic.

  • If you, anyone who lives with you or anyone whom you have been in close contact with has travelled in the last 14 days, please do not attend the clinic.

  • When visiting our clinic, you will be asked to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. We will not be able to accommodate patients who arrive more than 10-15 minutes late. We are operating to strict time slots to ensure a substantial gap for cleaning between clients.

  • Please do not bring excess items with you, as they cannot be bought into the clinic or treatment room.

  • Unfortunately refreshments / hot beverages are not currently being provided. Water in disposable cups will be provided on request.

  • Toilets and wash room facilities remain available and are cleaned after use.
